Your agreement is with the roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty or payment is between you and the roofer. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the roofer's work, schedule, pricing, conduct or insurance. Before you sign, look the roofer up on LLR's online licensee lookup and read the contract in full.

Insurance claims. We do not handle, manage or negotiate insurance claims. Questions about coverage belong with your insurance company.

Site content and tools. Cost ranges, calculator results, quiz results and law summaries are general information. They are not quotes, inspections or legal advice, and your real price and needs may differ.

Your part. Please give accurate details, use the site only for real roofing requests, and don't try to disrupt or misuse it.

Links. We link to public sources, such as state and local government pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limits on our liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from any dealings with a roofer you meet through it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
