What we do. You tell us about your roof through the form or by calling (864) 555-0161. We pass that request to one independent local roofer, who contacts you directly. That is the whole of our role.

What we don't do. We are not a roofing company. We do no roofing work, inspect no roofs, give no bids or prices of our own and sign no contracts. We do not handle insurance claims or talk to insurers for you. The roofer is an independent business, not our employee or agent.

How the site is paid for. Roofers may pay us for referrals. You never pay us anything, at any point. We do not set the roofer's price, and the roofer's quote comes from the roofer alone.

Nothing of value to homeowners. You will never receive a gift, gift card, cash, credit, rebate, discount or reward from us for using the site or for referring anyone else. South Carolina law bars roofers from paying or rebating an insurance deductible and from giving the insured, or anyone tied to the property, gifts, credits or a "referral fee" connected to the job. Check before you sign. We do not vouch for any roofer. Look the roofer up on LLR's online licensee lookup, ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' comp, and get an itemized contract in writing.
